There’s something to be said about being your own boss. Studies have shown that business owners are overall happier than non-business owners.

But aside from the obvious perks, there’s something even better and it has to do with a business owner’s health.

As it turns out, even working more hours and dealing with more stress than someone who works 9-5, they actually don’t get sick very often.

    might be something to it. I’ve been self employed most of my working life and can relate. having not been an employee very much it’s hard for me to compare.

    In other words, The spirit is willing but the flesh(body) is weak. Inaction is the culprit of bad health. Like an engine, if it sits to long you can’t just throw in a new battery and hook gas to it and it crank right up! Our body is like an engine.

    Based on what I’ve learned over the years on this topic. people who love their work whether as an employee or owner, tend to be healthier than those who don’t. Not every business owner is happy and if so, I doubt they’d be experiencing any health benefits.
    My two cents worth.
